Deposit and Cancellation Policy
At Colonic Detox Centre, a £30 deposit is required for all appointments, whether you are a new or returning client. This deposit secures your booking and ensures that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Booking & Deposit Process
When you make a booking online or over the phone, you will receive a payment link shortly after.
Your appointment will be confirmed only once the £30 deposit has been paid.
If the deposit is not paid, the appointment will not be secured.
How the Deposit Works
If you attend your appointment as scheduled, the £30 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
The deposit helps us manage our schedule and prevents last-minute gaps that cannot be filled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your booking will result in the £30 deposit being retained as a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason.
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be fully credited toward your treatment cost or refunded if needed.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, the £30 deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
